An Early Summer Night's Dream

I am as if in some emotional dyspepsia. It puzzles me more as to which might have caused such discomfort when I have been numb, cold, and calloused all at the same time (so i thought). And as a natural reaction, I searched for ways to relieve the pain. However, I can't poop, fart, burp, or fart it out!
When the large intestine munches on its smaller counterpart, isn't that ulcer? HAHA!

inhale.. exhale...
of this almost forbidden air
clouds my sanity
sending me not nirvana
but to hours of regrets
escape to neverland i must
tic tac tic
gravity weakens its hold
